Lifetime Anti-Tarnish Warranty

At Lumeera, we take pride in offering high-quality, anti-tarnish stainless steel jewellery designed for durability and everyday elegance. To ensure long-lasting shine, we provide a Lifetime Warranty on the plating of all our anti-tarnish stainless steel jewellery so you can wear your pieces worry-free.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Capture Clear Images

• Take high-resolution pictures of the jewellery, clearly showing any signs of tarnishing.

• Attach the images and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue.

3️⃣ Return the Item for Inspection

• Once approved, you will need to self-ship the product to our official address (provided via email).
• Tracking details must be shared within 7 days of claim approval.

4️⃣ Store Credit Issuance
Upon successful verification of your claim, store credit will be issued as per the following terms:

Credit Terms

• 0 – 6 months from purchase: 50% of the invoice value
• 6 – 12 months from purchase: 25% of the invoice value
• After 12 months: 15% of the invoice value

Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

❌ Breakage, scratches, or dents caused by accidental damage or improper handling.
❌ Loss of crystals, stones, or embellishments due to mishandling.
❌ Resizing, alterations, or repairs done by third parties.
❌ Exposure to harsh chemicals (such as perfumes, cleaning agents, or chlorine).
❌ Luxury handcrafted sets (special edition designs).

Lumeera reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on product inspection. All warranty decisions are final.

Jewellery Care Instructions

✔ Store in a storage dust cloth bag to protect the surface and plating.
✔ Avoid exposure to moisture, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to maintain its pristine shine.
✔ Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or smudges.
✔ Avoid excessive friction to prevent gradual wear over time.

Breakage Warranty

At Lumeera, we understand that accidents happen! In case of breakage during usage:

🔹 Claim 15% of the product value as Lumeera store credit.
🔹 Store credit is redeemable within 6 months (online or offline).
🔹 Breakage claims require clear images and order details to be submitted for approval.

Final Notes

🛑 One-time warranty claim per jewellery piece per customer.
🛑 Self-shipping is mandatory for claims. No replacements or refunds are issued.
